Where to eat: the best restaurants in Montreal.I highly recommend trying the Breakfast Tacos and Blood Orange Drink! We also tried the Blood Orange Drink which was absolutely delicious. The Purple Hash was pretty good and the Pancake Balls are super filling so I recommend sharing them. The Breakfast Tacos were totally worth the wait! They were amazing. So if you notice your order is taking a while just head to the register to be sure everything went through. It wasn’t their fault but technology can be really fluke at time. The staff was very helpful! They were able to get our food out on a rush and also offered us drinks and a gift card for the trouble. After waiting about an hour I went up to the register and spoke to someone since we hadn’t received our order. Their system had a glitch and didn’t send our food order to the kitchen. We ordered the Hibiscus Herbal Iced Tea($3.50), Breakfast Tacos($14), the Purple Craze Hash($7) and the Pancake Balls with Pumpkin Apple Butter($14.50). It is really cute on the inside and the outside. I heard a lot about it on Tik-Tok and wanted to check it out. I stopped by the Clintonville Farmers Market and decided to give this place a try. Looking forward to coming back once they are officially open and hope to try their full menu too! I loved how the space had tons of maps all over the walls and enjoyed the little details sprinkled around the room, especially how each table has a different globe and a different salt & pepper shaker set. Their servers were also bartenders so they were busy running about most of the time and lack just a bit of attentiveness, but were still friendly and helpful whenever you needed something. However, the chickun and the flavors from the future space crunch were phenomenal and I highly recommend that. The porq was quite salty but flavorful - I don't know if I enjoyed it as much. Food was delicious and prices were reasonable - definitely did not let me down! I got the Gringo Style taco with Spicy Chipotle Porq and a Chickun Future Space Crunch. Great vibes for a weekday night, and understandably, service was a little slow with the amount of people and them most likely still adjusting to the new environment. So I was really glad when I found out that they were going to move to Columbus! Went for Taco Tuesday during their soft launch period, and I was surprised to find a packed house. I had been meaning to visit Village Taco but never got the chance when they were out in Alexandria, OH.
